Hello! I’m Victoria, a Product Manager II at Boost Mobile, where I lead the "My Account and Support" squad across our app and website. Right now, I’m focused on launching customer-facing AI tools that make it easier for users to manage their accounts, troubleshoot issues, and get quick, intuitive help without needing to call support.

Before this, I led the entire MyDISH product portfolio at DISH, managing key account flows like identity, payments, offers, loyalty, and support across web, app, and TV platforms. One of my favorite projects was launching a Netflix integration that drove $15.6M in ARR and boosted retention — a great example of how thoughtful, user-centered design can also deliver big business results.

My background is in Design and Economics, which I studied at the University of Pennsylvania, taking graduate-level courses through the Integrated Product Design program.

I kicked off my product career as a CX Design Intern at Amtrak, where I built customer journeys, prototyped interfaces, and uncovered insights through interviews and data. I love working on products that make people’s lives easier — especially at the intersection of design, strategy, and emerging tech.

Outside of work, I’m probably painting, trying out a new design tool, or hiking somewhere in the Rockies.
